"Health Costs of Air Pollution"

The Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Air Act, a piece of legislation that was originally passed in 1963, has been instrumental in improving air quality across the United States. Tonight, however, Columbia economics professor Janet Currie will examine the findings of several studies, the results of which call into question the efficacy of the EPA's law.
