Photo of the day: Central Park under the snow

The heinous weather may make it difficult to get around, but the city sure looks good underneath a thick blanket of snow

You might be aware that it's winter and it's snowing and it's cold. Governor Cuomo has declared a state of emergency, the forecast is calling for 12 inches of snow, and travel is affected, with some subway lines running on local lines only (among other issues). Despite these inconveniences and the arctic conditions some are dubbing Polar Vortex II, we've got to admit: NYC looks pretty damn good under the snow. As always, Central Park is showing off its wintry charm, as pictured above. Good night, New Yorkers. Stay safe and warm!
