3. Philadelphia Flyers vs. New Jersey Devils

Heating up the ice this February is the bitter Turnpike Rivalry: Newark’s own Devils versus their Metropolitan Division foe the Philadelphia Flyers. These two teams bring memories of plenty of upsets and some notable playoff series to the game—plus two sets of die-hard fans. No matter where your loyalties lie, it’s guaranteed to be an exciting match-up as the teams go head-to-head competing for a precious spot in the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs. Tue Feb 16 at 7pm.

4. Maxwell + Nas

Prepare for an evening of lush vocals and genre-hopping grooves when neo-soul singer Maxwell plays at The Rock for the first time. The Grammy-winning artist hasn’t performed in the tristate area for five years, but in honor of the 20th anniversary of Hang Suite, he’ll bring us back to the mid-’90s with “Sumthin, Sumthin” as well as hopefully some of his beloved later tunes. If that’s not enough for you, he’s joined onstage by rap icon Nas. Feb 15 at 8pm.

5. Los Angeles Kings vs. New Jersey Devils

Instead of roses and chocolates, there will be pucks and checks exchanged on the rink this Valentine’s Day when the Kings dance with the Devils. It’s been a few years since the Pacific Division team met New Jersey for the Stanley Cup in the 2012 finals, but the home team is not likely to forget old rivalries as they play L.A. for the first time this season. It’s like they say: All’s fair in love and hockey. Feb 14 at 12:30pm.

6. Marc Anthony

Rev up for the most romantic day of the year with Marc Anthony’s third annual Valentine’s Day-weekend performance at Prudential Center. It’s nearly impossible to not feel the amor when the two-time-Grammy- and five-time-Latin Grammy-winning crooner delivers his sensual salsa beats, heart-pounding dance numbers and, of course, passionate, shirt-ripping love ballads. Feb 13 at 8pm.

7. Jeff Dunham: "Perfectly Unbalanced"

One of the country’s most popular road comics, the charming and versatile Jeff Dunham brings his stand-up and large cast of puppets, including Walter, Peanut and Bubba J, to The Rock with his newest international tour, Perfectly Unbalanced. Dunham’s colorful dummies are a far cry from the creatures inhabiting your local PBS station—these characters are politically incorrect, opinionated and hilarious. Feb 11 at 7:30pm.

8. Edmonton Oilers vs. New Jersey Devils

This game against Canada’s Edmonton Oilers is special for long-time followers of the Devils and NHL, because the team is retiring legendary former goalie Martin Brodeur’s jersey number 30. Brodeur holds over two dozen NHL records, including all-time regular season wins, and was twice part of Canada’s Olympic gold-winning team. Other Devils greats like Ken Dayeko, Scott Stevens and Scott Niedermayer will be in attendance as The Rock raises Brodeur’s jersey to the rafters. Feb 9 at 7pm.

9. Washington Capitals Vs. New Jersey Devils

A fierce, rivalry-fueled game is in store as Alexander Ovechkin and the league-leading Washington Capitals come to The Rock. But the man of the hour is the home team’s alternate captain and left wing Mike Cammalleri: He’ll be honored with a life-sized bobblehead, ready for photo ops with Devils fans on the main concourse. Be sure to arrive early—the first 10,000 attendees receive a Cammalleri bobblehead of their very own. Feb 6 at 1pm.

10. New York Rangers vs. New Jersey Devils

Hockey buffs from both sides of the Hudson can show their devotion (and bring their best trash talk) as the Rangers face off against the Devils on their home turf—The Rock. This game promises to be a good one; the two NHL Metropolitan Division teams enter the rink with similar win and loss standings and plenty of pride on the line. Tue Feb 2 at 7pm.

11. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band

Bruce does right by his Jersey roots as he brings the River Tour 2016 to The Rock—a triumphant return to his home state. Springsteen’s latest live-show extravaganza is a gift to fans who have heard for decades about the 1980–81 version of the tour, when Bruce and the E Street Band clinched their reputation for phenomenal concerts with tireless four-hour sets. During this 24-date tour, which coincides with the release of his archival album, The Ties that Bind: The River Collection, the Jersey boy will play The River in its entirety as well as his hits. Sun Jan 31 at 7:30pm; sold out.
