So you think you can identify architectural feats? Then take this miniquiz

In advance of a modern architecture and design scavenger hunt on February 9, test your knowledge against four questions from last year’s event.

Next Saturday, February 9, Open House New York and architecture preservation nonprofit Docomomo US host the city's Second Annual Modern Architecture and Design Scavenger Hunt, a day of solving clues, traversing New York and snapping photos of your team in front of notable sites. We asked Docomomo, via OHNY, to supply some of 2012's questions so you could see what to expect. (Hat tip to A View on Cities, whose database of Gotham buildings helped us pick the wrong answers.) Click the button below to start the quiz.

Honestly, we found those questions pretty tough, but don't let that put you off. Teams can use any means necessary to figure out the answers—including the Internet via smart phones. It's a great way to learn about and visit New York's modernist triumphs.
