"The ChiBeCa Project"

Artist Leah Overstreet took to narrow Cortlandt Alley to photograph 20 business owners, residents and artists who work on the border between Chinatown and Tribeca. The shots celebrate the romance of the area’s bygone days, when it was home to the Mudd Club and other haunts, as well as its present vitality.
