• To see the newest stretch of the High Line, take any westbound subway to 34th St and walk west toward the water. Enter at the 34th St entrance.
• Stroll the entire 1.45-mile park toward the Meatpacking District. As the 30-foot-high green space’s farthest point west, it’s the best vantage point for taking in views of the Hudson and New Jersey, especially during sunsets.
• For an evening treat in summer and fall, get back to the park to join the astronomers who gather every week for Stargazing on the High Line(between W 13 and W 14 Sts, thehighline.org/activities/stargazing-on-the-high-line). You can peek through their telescopes and chat with them about the cosmos. It’s a really cute date, believe us.
