Watch a puppet explain how to be a perfect NYC tourist (video)

Yes, really. This hilarious creation should be required viewing for sidewalk-clogging, picture-taking, tracksuit-wearing visitors.

Johnny T. explains how to be the perfect NYC tourist

You don't need to tell us twice that tourists need to learn how to behave. Maybe that's why we're so taken with this video, in which a puppet named Johnny T., who tawks like that, explains the basic tenets of not-obnoxious touristing. These include visiting the outer boroughs for a taste of real New York, trying "all kindsa cuisines" instead of eating at the Olive Garden and, of course, that there are two speeds in New York: Move fast, or get out of the way. He also recommends that out-of-towners stay home between the hours of 4 and 6pm, when residents are trying to get home. Hallelujah.
