Last night, the NBC Late Night host had editor David Remnick on for a delightful little segment that spoofed the magazine’s iconic cartoons

The New Yorker editor David Remnick was a guest on yesterday's Late Night With Seth Meyers on Tuesday, and Meyers took the opportunity to play around with the magazine's most iconic component: the cartoons. During the sketch—which we hope will become a regular thing—actors stood in front of life-size sets of the recognizable b&w drawings, reciting the one-liners typically reserved for speech bubbles. The best part was having Remnick there to explain the punch lines. If only the magazine itself came with a talking explanation, too.
