With the primary elections to decide NYC's next mayoral-race nominees only a week away—we do hope you've already registered, since if not, you're sorta screwed—the Democratic mayoral candidates will have one last chance to face off. The final debate is at 7pm tonight, and the five leading candidates—Christine Quinn (pictured above), Anthony Weiner, Bill de Blasio, Bill Thompson and John Liu—will hash it out for the first hour on NBC 4. The remaining half hour will be available for viewing online on NBC's website.

A Quinnipiac University poll released today shows that Bill de Blasio is continuing his rise above the other candidates: He currently holds a projected 43 percent of the vote, meaning that if none of the other candidates can steal some away from him, he’ll avoid a runoff. Former comptroller Bill Thompson and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn are vying for second, with 20 percent and 18 percent of the vote, respectively.
John Liu remains a distant fifth with four percent of the projected vote, still somehow managing to fall short of Weiner’s seven percent, despite the former Congressman’s public-relations debacle. Both men’s numbers lag behind the eight percent of voters that checked in as undecided.
