Join us for What’s Up Downtown on Thursday, April 7 at Clean the World. This event will focus on sustainability and how we can reduce our environmental footprint. Guest speakers for this event include Chris Castro, Senior Energy Advisor to Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, who will focus on how the City of Orlando is positioning itself to be one of the greenest cities in the country through policies, programs and initiatives. Guests will also hear from Clayton Ferrara, Executive Director of IDEAS For Us, who will highlight how IDEAS For Us engages the community and funds solutions related to local and global environmental challenges and projects in over 22 countries. Also present will be Sam Stephens, Managing Director of Clean the World Foundation, who will speak to how Clean the World saves millions of lives while simultaneously diverting hotel waste from landfills.

Parking is available in the following Downtown locations for a nominal fee : City Commons (first hour of parking will be validated), Centroplex II, Jefferson Street. On-site parking at Clean the World will not be available. You are encouraged to take advantage of Downtown’s alternative modes of transportation including complimentary LYMMO and Juice Bike Share (for a fee).
