Sleekly appointed in the most contemporary of décor complete with statement light fittings, attractive but unobtrusive modern art and structural floral arrangements in oversized bowls, PB2 has a look which has character but allows the food – which is very much what this restaurant is about – shine through.
Aiming to ‘reveal flavours and transparency, to elicit meaning,’ PB2’s menu is utterly creative, presented in unusual ways – in test tubes or jars, in unusual cuts or preparations, all done with an eye on the ingredient and tongue firmly in cheek.
PB2 is a destination worth travelling for.
