Paris’ most unpronounceable boutique, Alasinglinglin (run by friends Natalie, Philippe and Bruno), is the place to go for excellent quality vintage furniture. Set in the bohemian bourgeois village Popincourt, near Oberkampf, you’ll find lights, tables, armchairs and knickknacks dating from the 50s upwards. Scandinavian design is omnipresent; former workshop furniture is popular too – as are the funky plastic lamps in wacky colours.
