SPCA Family Carnival

Thousands of pets are rescued and surrendered by their pet owners each year. SPCA Penang will do their part in commemoration of International Homeless Animals' Day by throwing a family carnival. Open to everyone, have a few coupons in hand or share them with family and friends for a day of entertainment, games and delicious food for all. Fancy dress competition is also part of the day's mix where young and old can dress in adorable pet costumes (from bunnies to monkeys). Carnival proceeds will aid the purchase of new animal ambulance for rescuing rounds.
