Whether you're in love or not, Chef Gordon Robertson heats up the kitchen for a Valentine-inspired menu. The five-course dinner consists of amuse bouche of foie gras tortellini, rock pool seafood salad, carrot and ginger sorbet, a special main (beef rib eye steak or champagne poached chicken supreme) and a delicious platter of chocolate and strawberries. Take romance up a notch by personalising your dessert with names or heart-warming message before reservation (minimum six hours prior to dinner).
