Australia's celebrated chef Tony Tan will host a tea talk to share his views on the Peranakan cuisine. Aside from his culinary repertoire in New Zealand, he has hosted various cooking shows and plays creative cultural director for one of the largest food festivals in Australia. Reserve your seats before Aug 13 as the talk is open to 40 participants only. Fee includes tea and cakes with all proceeds to benefit Penang Heritage Trust.
