Fresh from an Australian winery in Barossa Valley, six of the best Torbreck wines will steal the limelight in this special vertical wine dinner. Accompanied by six delicious gourmet courses prepared by Chef Lance, the dinner promises to be a spectacular feast of bergamot smoked salmon, torchon of foie gras, crumble and gastrique pearls, chargrilled wagyu oyster blade and more. If you're afraid of being a lost amidst bottles of wine and expert sippers, the evening will also include a Torbreck wine introduction by the winery's principal Andrew Tierney.
