29th Women's World Open Squash Championship

Following the recent agreement by the Women's Squash Association (WSA), the much delayed 29th Women's World Open Squash Championship will be held for the first time in Penang, home to the defending champion and world number one, Datuk Nicol David. Boasting a USD$120,000 prize-fund, the preliminary rounds will take place at the Nicol David International Squash Centre with the finale rounds to be held in all-glass show court at the Penang International Sports Arena. For ticket purchase, proceed to Nicol David International Squash Centre (open daily, 9am-5pm). All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Penang Junior Squash Development Programme to develop their next squash champion.
