Known for his abstract interpretation using bamboo, Indonesian artist Joko Avianto will reinvent George Town's skyline with a 15-meter high bamboo art installation, tucked between Penang's iconic colonial buildings, Town Hall and City Hall. He's already started to build the structure now, if you'd like to catch his work in progress. Otherwise, wait for the unveiling of Avianto's large scale art on June 7.
