Local Democracy Festival 2013 returns for another year of great music and promoting democracy among younger generation. Saturday marks their launch and they know two ways to celebrate their return. Catch heaps of busking and side walk performances by poet-songwriter Ksatriya, rap act MoBeat, American poet Shannon Frances and rock band, Volatile. Apart from live jamming, there are also tons of shopping to do from DIY crafts to books and merchandises.
