MakeWeekend Hack your City

Shape your city with creative designs and fresh ideas at this 'Hack your City'. Open to everyone of all ages, contribute your ideas for a better George Town through these categories: Awesome Alleyways (How to make our alleyways more awesome and safe for everyone?), Community Creation (Ways to tailor an area to the community), Social Spaces (How to utilize a space to raise awareness about social issues) and Eager Explorer (Smart ideas to make our city more pedestrian-friendly). No ideas are too small at this space and creative ones will be rewarded with a Bamboo fun pen and touch as well as 'Steal like an artist' book by Austin Kleon. Each idea will be judged by an esteemed panel, which includes the mentor who will be guiding your work. Remember to register ahead on their website below or at the venue on the event day itself.
