Submissions from the Penang Art Open competition are currently exhibited at the Penang State Museum and Art Gallery. Living up to its theme 'Ubah', these contemporary art pieces were interpreted and painted by amateur and professional visual artists with the usage of different mediums from oil, acrylic and watercolour.
