This 2.5 hour cooking class will reveal a variety of native ingredients, tasters and ideas on how to incorporate them into your everyday cooking. Using some of the finest WA seafood, shellfish and native produce sourced and foraged by small suppliers, attendees will be hands-on in creating a restaurant quality main course dish and a quick and easy dessert with quandongs, wattleseed and Southern Forests honey.

Tickets are $90, limited and classes kept small so that everyone has time to taste, enjoy and discover the truly unique ingredients provided by the Australian landscape.
