In the three days before the HBF Run for a Reason, join us at the Event Centre to collect your event pack and experience a taste of what's in store for event day.

Friday 26 May, 7:30am – 6pm
Saturday 27 May, 8.30am – 5pm

*** WHAT ***
At the HBF Run Event Centre you can:
- Collect your participant pack
- Submit a late entry
- Change your distance
- Buy HBF Run merchandise & exercise gear at discounted prices
- Sample some healthy products
- Read & share your own reason on our #BeTheReason installation

Show your confirmation e-ticket (which you will receive via emai on Monday 22 May) to collect your participant pack.
The participant pack contains your:
- FREE HBF Run for a Reason t-shirt to wear on the day (stocks limited)
- Participant bib with built in electronic timing device, also providing you with free Transperth services on event day
- Event Pocket Guide

*** FAQs ***
1. Does everyone get a free T-shirt? Can I exchange my T-shirt at the event Centre?

We’ve got free t-shirts for the first 33,000 people to enter – but supplies are limited. Sizes can’t be changed once specified during registration, so do yourself a favour and check the size guide on our website for exact measurements.

2. Can I collect for a friend / can my friend collect for me?

Yes. You/they will just need ID and the e-tickets of all participants.

3. I am in a team, where can I collect my participant pack?

If you are in a team of 10 or more and you opted to collect your team pack at the Event Centre, your team captain will collect your team pack from the Team Desk at the HBF Event Centre on your behalf.
If you are in a team of under 10 members and you opted to collect your team pack at the Event Centre, you will need to bring your team members e-tickets to the HBF Event Centre, please note your pack will not be at the Team Desk.
