Venue: The Sandpit at Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre

3:00pm to 4:00pm - Intro Salsa Lesson with liliana - Ritmo Caliente Dance Academy

4.00pm to 5.00pm Intro Kizomba Lesson with Badi - Riovana Dance Company

5:00pm till 8.00pm - DJ Momo playing Mix of Latin and Brazilian music for mainly Zouk, Kizomba, Salsa and Bachata plus a little taste of Samba and Forro.

COST: $5.00.

Get yourself a wristband before hitting the sand floor.

NOTE: Dancing is on concrete which will have a light covering of sand for a perfect pivoting action all throughout the event! It is recommended you bring old sneakers or shoes with RUBBER soles.

Save the proper dance shoes (with leather/suede soles) for a wooden or laminated flooring.

It can get COOL after the sun sets. bring something warm. Jacket or a blanket.

NO ALCOHOL – Scarborough beach is an alcohol free zone, and is strictly monitored regularly by police and rangers.

There is a couple of bars and a number of licensed restaurants within 200m of the Amphitheatre.
