Bridgetown songwriter Zoë Ryan has returned to WA after several years traversing the East-Coast and Australia. Having spent her formative years based in Melbourne and touring her folk-pop band's debut indie offering, the songwriter is back and has stepped out solo with impressive new material.

Already this young artist has appeared on bills with many music icons from Hunters and Collectors to Leonardos Bride and more, and has conquered in her own right, closing last years WAMfest, as well as having been previously selected as a finalist in WA for Telstra Road to Discovery, and more recently, a South by Southbound finalist.

Having achieved widespread community airplay and triple J play with her bands debut EP, the songwriter is shortly set to release new music in her solo guise after a 3 year recording hiatus. Having travelled this vast country to spread her music the old-fashioned, grass roots way, many who have crossed paths with the artist anticipate this years release.

Fans of Fleetwood Mac, World Party or Bruce Springsteen will enjoy this new release, while fans of Bon Iver, Cat Stephens, or Adele are sure to enjoy any of her upcoming live performances locally around the Perth and Fremantle area ahead of the yet to be announced single launch happening this year in Perth.

Zoë also heads to Adelaide this February for the first time to present a very special 2-date run of her show 'Another Cup of Tea for the Tillerman' which she has produced exclusively for Adelaide Fringe, and pays homage to early inspiration Cat Stevens, and her love of good conversation over a cup of tea.
