Sometimes it seems as if Philly’s much-adored comic actor Tony Braithwaite can be seen in several places at once. The actor, who also serves as producing artistic director at Act II Playhouse, now comes to Montgomery Theater for the company’s summer season. Trust me, no one’s complaining—Braithwaite is a marvel of stage energy, and Neil Simon’s Last of the Red Hot Lovers is a tour de force ideally suited to his gifts.
