THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 210 MORRIS ST! THIS IS A MEMBERS ONLY MEETING. We will be collecting dues, discussing themes and choosing one for next year's parade. Please: you must pay your dues at the beginning of the meeting to stay and participate. Many of you have already paid them. Only paid members are eligible to present and vote on themes! Theme Presentation: If you wish to present a theme, please include the following in your presentation: Potential title, suit colors and designs, umbrella design, prop/skit ideas, and a design for the captain's suit. A drawing isn't necessary but it helps to sell your idea (If you want a drawing of a mummers suit to color, we can email you one). If you aren't comfortable presenting your idea...Andreas will present for you. Note: We will not accept themes where the main color of the suits is red or black. Last year's colors (silver and purple) should also be avoided as main colors. Theme Selection: You must be present or available by phone to present and vote (with few exceptions). If you cannot make the meeting but have paid your dues and would like to vote, please contact Andreas ahead of time so we can make arrangements for you. We will not accept pre-votes as that is not fair to the other members...in other words: you have to know all the choices before you make your selection.
