The arts festival includes a gallery, Shabbaton programming, and a Saturday night performance. Participants are invited to submit works in all mediums. Visual artists, writers, singers, musicians, dancers, and art-appreciators are welcome. This year Nashir will take place on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, February 20-22.
