Get ready for the “Under the Vintage Roof” Historic Building Tour of the 8th Annual Grand Avenue Festival 2016 Saturday, November 12 with three start times: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m., all beginning from {9} The Gallery, 1229 Grand Ave. The tours are free of change thanks to a grant from the Phoenix Revitalization Corporation.


With knowledgeable and friendly guides and building hosts, tour the interiors of vintage properties near the "middle" of Historic Grand Avenue in downtown Phoenix:

• Rehbein Market/Fischer Drug Store (now {9} The Gallery and The Lodge Art Studio), 1229-1231 Grand Ave.
• Bragg's Pie Factory (with so many interesting spaces), 1301 Grand Ave.
• Hotel Desert Sun (first sneak peek at this new adaptive reuse), 1325 Grand Ave.
• Caravan Inn West/Bali-Hi Motor Hotel (now Oasis on Grand and Grand ArtHaus), 1501 Grand Ave.

Tours will last about 2 hours. Wear a hat and comfortable walking shoes. You can bike over or park free all day along Grand Avenue and walk to {9} The Gallery, 1229 Grand Ave, the first stop, where you will meet your tour guide and building host.
