He prides himself on his creative abilities and continues to challenge himself when it comes to capturing realism and emotion in his art.

Our third featured artist: Ben Gill is a writer and exhibiting artist currently living in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born and raised in the southwestern deserts of Arizona, and grew up in an artistic and musical family. From an early age, Ben Gill’s art has been influenced by mythic, mystic and Celtic motifs. His work ranges from sculpture to acrylic paintings on canvas or leather; drawings in pastels, pen, pencil and ink or any combination of mixed media. Ben Gill graduated with a degree in Business Computing from Northern Arizona University and has been a resident artist at Gallery Celtica in central Phoenix since 2003.

He has published two novels “Dark Harlequin: The Clockwork Ninja” in August of 2010, and “Dark Harlequin: The Genesis Curse” in July of 2014. His novels and those of two other writers feature his cover art. In August of 2011, he volunteered to become the Art Chairman for the One Voice Community Center in central Phoenix.
