The Carnegie Mellon University Baroque Ensemble, lead by Stephen Schultz, will perform a variety of music composed in the 18th century and performed on modern instruments. This concert will include Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 1 and Cantata No. 12 and will feature Adele Grabowski as soloist on arias Esterhazy and Graun. Grabowski is one of the winners of the Baroque Ensemble Concerto Competition.

The Carnegie Mellon University Baroque Ensemble is dedicated to the playing of 18th century music on modern instruments while remaining true to the concepts of a historically informed performance practice.
