DETAILS:
Under the direction of Andrés Cárdenes, the Carnegie Mellon University Philharmonic will perform Samuel Barber's Symphony in One Movement and Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 in E-Flat Major, Eroica. Faculty member and opera singer Jennifer Aylmer will join the Philharmonic to perform Gaetano Donizetti's "Quel guardo, il cavaliere" from Don Pasquale, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "L'amerò, sarò costante" from Il re pastore, and Gioachino Rossini's "Vorrei spiegavari il giubilo" from La cambiale di matrimonio.
