The wonderful Emma Watson graced our halls in 2010 when she and Stephen Chbosky filmed Rocky Horror scenes for the film Perks of Being a Wallflower at the Hollywood (photo above of Emma in our balcony).

To mark the release of her new film Colonia and also the very day of her 26th birthday, we are opening her new film Colonia and also showing Perks of Being a Wallflower on Friday, April 15th. Tickets are just $10 for both films, or can be purchased separately for regular price.

Colonia is a 2015 thriller directed by Oscar-winner Florian Gallenberger, produced by Benjamin Herrmann, written by Torsten Wenzel and Gallenberger. The film stars Emma Watson, Daniel Brühl and Michael Nyqvist. The film is set against the backdrop of the Chilean military coup and the real "Colonia Dignidad", a notorious cult in the South of Chile, led by German lay preacher Paul Schäfer.

Set in 1973, a young couple become entangled in a Chilean military coup at a time when there is much protest on the streets against General Augusto Pinochet. When Daniel is abducted by Pinochet's secret police DINA, Lena tries to find and save her husband.[2] She tracks him to a sealed-off village called "Colonia Dignidad", which presents itself as a charitable mission run by a lay preacher, Paul Schäfer, but is in fact a place from which no one has ever escaped. Lena decides to join the cult to attempt to rescue her husband

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a 2012 American coming-of-age comedy-drama film. An adaptation of the 1999 epistolary novel of the same name, it was written and directed by the novel's author, Stephen Chbosky.

Socially awkward teen Charlie (Logan Lerman) is a wallflower, always watching life from the sidelines, until two charismatic students become his mentors. Free-spirited Sam (Emma Watson) and her stepbrother Patrick (Ezra Miller) help Charlie discover the joys of friendship, first love, music and more, while a teacher sparks Charlie's dreams of becoming a writer. However, as his new friends prepare to leave for college, Charlie's inner sadness threatens to shatter his newfound confidence.
