March 17 Slam, Steel City Slam

Poetry Slam for Prizes / Glory and a chance to qualify for The Steel City Slam Team, which will represent Pittsburgh at the National Poetry Slam. [1st Place gets $25, 2nd gets $10 in gift certificate, 3rd gets hearty applause.] All you need are three 3-minute poems. Doors at 7, signup sheet at 7:45, slam list caps at 8 poets (first come, first serve), open mic at 6 poets. $5, All Ages Venue, All Ages (including Adult) Content STUDENTS will receive a 2-for-1 discount (2 persons for $5) with student ID and second person.
