Join us for a weekend of events and clinics just for women! Meet fellow riders, make new friends and learn new skills. The weekend welcomes riders of all types and skill levels, and we will have 6 instructors with experience ranging from Freestyle BMX to Cross Country Mountain Biking.

Instructors include Karen Brooks (MTB), Carley Young (BMX), Kathi Krause (MTB), Cory Coffey (BMX), Nina Buitrago (BMX) and Hillary Elgert (MTB). There will be classes for every skill level. Clinics will range from fundamental to advanced skills.

Information:

Times: 10am-4pm

Price: $50 for entire weekend and $30 for one day (Both price options include day pass and coaching). T-shirt $15.

All ages, bikes and skill levels welcome.

Saturday Beginner/Intro

9:30am-10:00am: Check-in.

10:00am-11:00am: Coaches introduction & tour of the park. Meet in the lounge.

11:00am-12:00pm: Fundamental Skills Room (bike/body separation, braking, lifts and drops)

12:00pm-1:00pm: Fundamental Skills Room (cornering basics, vision, looking ahead)

1:00pm-2:00pm: Lunch (There will be Steer and Wheels Food Truck if you do not pack your own food)

2:00pm-3:00pm: Fundamental Skills Room (logs and obstacles)

3:00pm-4:00pm: Fundamental Skills Room (beginner rollers and table top)

Saturday Intermediate/Expert

9:30am-10:00am: Check-in.

10:00am-11:00am: Coaches introduction & tour of the park. Meet in the lounge.

11:00am-12:00pm: Pump track (pumping and bike control)

12:00pm-1:00pm: Tech MTB Room (skinnies)

1:00pm-2:00pm: Lunch (There will be Steer and Wheels Food Truck if you do not pack your own food)

2:00pm-3:00pm: Beginner Jump Line (pumping, maintaining speed and wheel life)

3:00pm-4:00pm: Foam Pitt (air awareness and bike control)

Sunday Beginner/Intro

10:00am-11:00am: Fundamental Skills Room (basic skills + warm up)

11:00am-12:00pm: Flow MTB Room (more advanced cornering)

12:00pm-1:00p: Pump Track (pumping and corning)

1:00pm-2:00pm: Free lunch and nutritional talk with Fischer Nutrition

2:00pm-3:00pm: Pump track (pumping and corning) or Fundament Skills Room(skinnies, balancing and vision)

3:00pm-4:00pm: Beginner Jump Line (pumping and speed control)

Sunday Intermediate/Expert

10:00am-11:00am: Fundamental Skills Room (basic skills + warm up)

11:00am-12:00pm: Pump Track (pumping, turns and manualing)

12:00pm-1:00p: Beginner Jump Line (jumping)

1:00pm-2:00pm: Free lunch and nutritional talk with Fischer Nutrition

2:00pm-3:00pm: The Woods Jump Room (building confidence)

3:00pm-4:00pm: foam pitt (fun, air awareness and bike control)
