This class begins with an intense strength training regimen, targeting and toning the muscle groups needed to implement proper bellydance posture and movements. A series of drills is used to train dancers in basic techniques, isolations, and appliations. The class also includes improvisational work. Classes are suitable for absolute beginners or students and performers interested in refining their technique.

Classes are $15 drop in or a class card at 10 for $125
