Join us in Portland, Oregon, for the National Health Care for the Homeless Conference & Policy Symposium, May 31-June 3, 2016. The #HCH2016 conference will take place at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower. This annual event is organized by health care for the homeless (HCH) professionals for HCH professionals and advocates, including clinicians, support staff, administrators, board members, and consumers of HCH services.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration is still available for Pre-Conference Institutes (Tuesday) and Learning Labs (Friday). However, registration for our primary Conference sessions (Wednesday & Thursday) has closed due to the overwhelming response of confirmed registrants. We have met our maximum number of individuals allowed in the hotel at one time. We look forward to a great Conference. Thank you.
