Action/Adventure is proud to announce their theatrical offerings for the 2016 Fertile Ground Festival of New Works!

A Cavalcade of Awesome is the umbrella title for Action/Adventure’s series of variety shows for trying out new things. During Fertile Ground 2016, the cavalcade will consist of a series of workshops and readings of new plays from Action/Adventure company members and collaborators.

The Alien Chicken Remembers Galatea conceived by Kira Atwood-Youngstrom and Shannon Mastel, inspired by and in contradiction of Galatea by John Lyly. Using Lyly's script as a jumping off point, the tale will be told from the perspective of Neptune's monster, our Alien Chicken, as he debriefs the incident back at Neptune Corp.

Untitled Detective Story by Aubrey Jessen and Greta West: A noir lady detective story featuring Jade Hobbs, Jed Arkley, Katie Watkins, Justine Davis, Ellery Jessen, Brian Kuwabara, Michael Zimmer, Jake Simonds, Zoe Rudman, and Stephanie Cordell. To be fully produced in the spring of 2016.

I Died Today: A Musical Tribute to Rodd Keith by James Luster and Pat Moran: A new sci-fi musical based on the work of obscure '60s musician Rodd Keith. The workshop will consist of live music and select readings from a script in progress.
