Acro Yoga Fitness is a community focused training program designed to build strong, intelligent muscles in a safe, dynamic, and wildly fun class using individual and partner body weight exercises, strength circuits, flexibility training, and foundational skills all leading to a peak acrobatic yoga position while elevating your level of fitness, educating your body to build smart muscles, and aligning your bones through body awareness creating a more balanced approach in how to use your power inside and out.

This program is open to all ages and levels of skill structured in a safe, progressive, and accessible way enhancing trust, agility, and communication within community.

Meet Megan: Megan has 20+ years experience in self defense and personal empowerment. She received her black belt from the West Coast Martial Arts Association, is a certified Acro Yoga Fitness Trainer and has dabbled in multiple modalities throughout her life incorporating many forms into her personal practice. After graduating with her bachelors in Psychology and Sociology, she travelled the world by herself studying alternative forms of healing, movement art, and education leading her to practice energy work including Reiki, Acupressure, and Hypnosis. She has a diverse skillset allowing her to bring an original and well-rounded approach to her teachings. She is proud to bring this dynamic and fun training style to the Portland community encouraging happy, healthy embodiment for all.
