Place: The Board of County Commissioners meet in the Multnomah Building, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, Oregon, Commissioners Board Room 100 - off the lobby.

For the last few months African-American and Latin@s have been experiencing an increase on attacks, intimidation, physical violence and even murder (such as the case of Larnell Bruce, recently murdered by two white supremacists in Gresham). Larnell Bruce mom along with African-American and Latino leaders will testify and present to the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners measures to take to protect the lives of communities of color.
