City Club of Portland and the PSU College of Urban and Public Affairs are partnering to bring you an evening of conversation, connection and cocktails in one of Portland's swankiest ballrooms! We invited Portland's mayoral candidates to come and mingle, along with Sara Hottman, Communications Director for Mayor Charlie Hales.
