Imperial Bottle Shop & Taproom says
Three of your neighbors in the Portland craft beer
community, Alameda Brewing Co., Base Camp Brewing Company, and Coalition Brewing, have brought together three unique fruited, soured beers in the spirit of friendship and a common-held gratitude for the support that their friends & customers have shared with them. Try them all, including blends between the three, and Flat Tail Brewing's new Peaches n Cream Dam Wild, all in one night. We'll be offering by-the-glass pours and a $7 sampler tray of all 4 beers.

“A” is for apricot - 6.3% abv, 5 ibus
A is for Alameda. A is for awesomeness and apricots. Alameda is excited to present our “A” Is For Apricot sour ale as part of this three way collaboration. We soured this beer using a sour mash method and added over 120 pounds of pure apricot purée during fermentation. Its burnt-orange color hints at the fruit that lies within and the unmistakable tangy aroma confirms that the apricots are here. A vibrant sour streak greets the palate, tempered by lush apricots and a malty sweetness from honey and melanoidin malts. To everyone who has supported us, here's "A" beer for you!

“B” is for boysenberry - 7.5% abv, 15 ibus
B is for Base Camp. B is for brewtherly love and boysenberry. The Base Camp crew is stoked to share with you “B” Is For Boysenberry, their contribution that commemorates the bonds between brewers in our Portland craft beer community. A first for Base Camp- a wort-soured, fruited, & mixed-culture fermented brew. Spun out of the Belgian Oud Bruin family of dark wild beers, this brew features a lacto kettle souring on naturally occuring malt microflora, prior to the introduction of our
house ale yeast and an isolated local strain of brettanomyces, resulting in a funky and unique fermentation profile. These flavors were elaborated upon by a generous addition of boysenberry purée mid-fermentation, resulting in the retention of the tart and fruity aroma and a hint of purple color. Funky, fruity, tart, bright, lively, and one-of-a-kind, “B” Is For Boysenberry is our thank you to everyone that’s supported us in Portland over the last several months.

“C” is for Cherry - 5.0% abv, 5 ibus
C is for Coalition. C is for collaboration and cherry. Coalition Brewing is proud to present “C” Is For Cherry, part of this very special three way concept. Light copper with a reddish tint in color, this one off sour cherry ale presents with aromatics of tropical fruit, cherry, and citrus. Flavors of tart cherry and a a pleasant sourness are rounded out by a light sweetness from munich and honey malts. Now you know all about C, come and have a drink with me!
