Join MELT instructor Margaret Boyd for this 5 Week Series. We'll use soft foam rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to rehydrate the connective tissue throughout your body and make your muscles and joints happy! Each class will focus on specific techniques/moves throughout the body. You will finish this series with a full understanding of WHY, HOW, and WHAT you MELT, so you can MELT at home.
You will learn all the techniques in the MELT Method book.

(Purchase of the MELT roller and hand/foot kit is not required, but highly recommended...students will be asked to practice MELT moves/sequences in-between class. Please bring your foam roller with you to every class.)
