These 4 workshop-style classes are designed to support brand new beginners or those who are interested in establishing a safe and effective yoga practice that can last a lifetime.

-Healthy alignment principles in a variety of postures.
-How to use your breath to support health and wellness in body and mind
-How to nurture a resilient nervous system with the power of yoga.
-How to navigate the many styles of yoga that are offered and find the classes that are right for you.
