In the sushi craze that still holds Prague in its grip, a few leaders have clearly emerged. Nagoya is one of them. This is one of the few foodstuffs that will set you back more in Prague than in many Western capitals, but if you do shell out, the sashimi, agemono and bento platters are worth the investment.
