Pálffy Palác review Rate it

Set in a wonderfully atmospheric Baroque palace owned by the Ministry of Culture (it also hosts a classical music academy), Palffy is something to remember in your old age. Originally founded by Prague clubbing mogul Roman Řezníček, this gem built its reputation in the early '90s with offerings such as expertly done rabbit in wine sauce and roebuck marinated in honey and juniper. The crěpes and salads are generous and delicate affairs.
