The Yoga Seed Collective says
We will meet Monday through Saturday for an instructed practice. Sunday will be a personal home practice with optional recorded guidance.
June 27th is a full day of group practice with talks, guided sitting and walking meditation
Who can attend? Anyone! While the challenge is helpful to people who already meditate, no experience or meditation skills required what so ever. All we ask is a sincere 30 day commitment. Show up in person for every session, follow along virtually, or do a combination of both.

We've put together a meditation training that is born of the practices outlined in the Yoga Sutras and the teachings of the Buddha. (Amie Diller has been blessed to study with teachers authentically steeped in these traditions.) You'll have the tools and community to support your progress. Her secret goal is to offer a meditation practice that you are inspired and motivated to continue beyond the end of the challenge.

All proceeds from this challenge will go towards supporting studio scholarships and outreach programs!!!

Time: 7:30am – 8:30am Monday – Friday, Saturdays 8-9am, Sunday June 28th half-day practice from 1-5pm
