Beer Education Night Mixed Fermentation says
Beer Education Night is back! On Wednesday May 11th, Jeff Crane, Barrel Program Director, will explain how to plan a sour beer pipeline. He will go into detail regarding the recipe considerations that need to be made to produce a variety of styles with varying turn-around times.

Owner and Head Brewer, Liz Chism, will go on to discuss the unique brewery operations that are needed to run a Mixed Fermentation Program. Including how to scale a recipe and manage both clean and wild beers in the same brewery.

We will have a Beer Education Flight available starting at 5:30pm that coincides with the presentation to demonstrate our Mixed Fermentation Program. The presentation is from 6pm-7pm, but feel free to arrive early to get your seat.

Let us know that you are coming, by responding to this event. We hope to see you there!
