Please join us for a community collaboration of chefs, farmers and wine makers... Five Chefs bringing their souls to the recipes that celebrate the abundant glory of plants and fruits - haute cuisine that is effortlessly plant based. Gather at our table with other sensualists who take great pleasure in the beauty, smell, taste, and feel of the ingredients - you have the luxury to know where your food comes from and to support local farmers and producers who are good stewards of our natural resources.

Where: The MED Ocean View Restaurant at La Valencia Hotel

6pm-7pm: Cocktail hour "Meet Up" with local farmers, hors d'oeuvres, wine and herb infused cocktails
7pm - 9pm: Seated dinner.
