Daniela, E RYT 500, received her initial 200hr training from 2008-2010 under Iyengar teacher Arturor Galvez, and her advanced training in 2014 under yoga therapist Alison Scola. Her training spans Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Power, Hot, Kundalini, Sivananda and Ashtanga yoga styles. She believes in combining all aspects of yoga practice, the physical, mental and spiritual through cultivation of alignment, intention, breathwork, strength, flexibility and grace.
